Could not locate me ! Booking not allowed as it is Stating that i am not in Singapore but the GPS locate me correctly in Singapore ! There is something wrong in the apps ...

Even though Im in Singapore and that the app can access my location, it keeps on saying Im in France and I cant book a cab. I dont know from which setting it get that but the app is definitely bugged.

I cannot use this app because it tells I am "not in Singapore" even though I am in Singapore...

Live the simplicity of the app. Great job SMRT!

No matter which way I have tried to enter my address ranging from zip code, pressing on the map or using the address it picks up via GPS all this app does is say invalid address format. The only thing it has successfully done is wasted my time.

Worthless. Just plain doesnt work. You have more chance of standing in street and yelling Taxi then this getting you one

Wherever I try to book from, it keeps saying Im not in Singapore, making impossible to continue the booking process. It was working in previous version though. Not sure if its because of their update or me updating to ios 5.

This is quite simply a terrible app! Whilst the UI is clean, the functionality is awful. It just does a very very poor job at doing what it is supposed to do: booking an SMRT taxi! It crashes all the time and it is practically impossible to put in an address without the app complaining that it is in the wrong format. To make matters worse, even when using the map crosshair, that automatically fills in the address, you get the same wrong address format error message! Major fail. Put it this way, until this app is seriously updated, it will be Comfort that gets my business. A real shame.

The interface looks nice. My major complaint is that parses addresses very poorly. Even when it finds your location it often cant accept its own format.

I want this app to be good but it has a massive feature gap with the Comfort app and loves to crash. Looking at some of the other reviews, I think the problems they cite arent necessarily with the app but with SMRTs underlying service that the app interfaces with. For example, if you SMS for a cab (which also doesnt work as well as the equivalent Comfort service), you cannot cancel.

This app is useful for booking, if you know the building name, which is about the only time it will actually accept your input. The next screen will automatically have the address. I actually use it quite a bit this way. Now the bad: it crashes all the time. Canceling a booking works about 10% of the time, the rest end in an app crash. Previous reservations dont go away and keep appearing on top even after days.

I would give zero star if I could. I doesnt find addresses and crashes constantly. SMRT i used to use your taxi bookings a lot. You were a good alternative to comfort and I prefer the new Chevy fleet to comforts Hyundai. However, I have stopped using your services almost altogether since its so much easier to boom comfort through I phone app. I dont get this. I cant cost much to program this properly and I assume you have significant savings in less call centre hours. Economically it should be a huge win for your company to provide a working app. What stops you? Enough reviews to tell you that this isnt working !

Book use comfort cab app instead. This app keeps crashing. Reinstall and yet still have the problem later.

Every address I put in it just says invalid address format - youd think theyd test the app before launching it

Got tired of the major competitors app crashing, not working, not to mention the ubiquitous "Your taxi confirmation will be sent to you via SMS." SMRT always seems to have cabs when the others cannot, and the service is good. Best of all, the take NETS! Got a cab at 7 in the CBD in about 5 minutes. Only four stars as the confirmation come by text, not as a push notification in the app. Will definitely use this app regularly.

I wish it handled addresses better because at times it says, "Invalid Address format" but the same address in Comforts app works well. Also please can we edit/delete the favorites? Its annoying to make more.
